Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all online payments made to San Institutions through our official website and authorized payment gateway. By initiating an online payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Payment Confirmation
  • Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive an online confirmation and a digital receipt.
  • The college is not responsible for any delay or failure in communication due to incorrect email IDs or network issues.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Online payments once made cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances.
  • Requests for cancellation will be considered only if there is a duplicate payment or an error due to technical reasons (e.g., transaction failure with amount debited).
  • In such cases, you must submit a written request along with proof of transaction to the college accounts department at [Insert Email ID] within 7 working days from the date of transaction.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the same fee is paid more than once for the same purpose.
  • Transaction Error: If the transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account.
  • Cancelled Admission: In special cases of admission withdrawal, subject to college management approval and applicable refund rules.

Refund Procedure:

  • Submit a written refund request to the Accounts Office with transaction details, student name, registration number, and proof of payment.
  • Upon verification, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
  • Processing time for refunds is usually 7 to 15 working days after verification and approval.

Note: Convenience charges, service fees, or payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

The following types of payments are non-refundable:

  • Application and registration fees.
  • Examination fees once submitted.
  • Any payment made for services already availed or processed (e.g., certificate issue, revaluation, etc.).
6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute related to online payment, the decision of the College Management shall be final and binding.
